We loved our stay at this hotel - the best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was always sparkling clean, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to fault. This city is definitely a great place to stay.

Amazing breakfast with many choices. Delicious cakes made by Keila. Friendly and skilled kitchen staff. Valdecir’s warm and polite welcome. Hotel in a great location.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the cakes that were freshly made every morning. The staff in the kitchen was very friendly and welcoming, adding a nice touch to the breakfast experience. the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and restaurants.
There was some noise disturbance in the early morning from guests staying on the floor above us. Another issue was the conduct of the hotel regarding the reservation process.

The breakfast at Villa Fiori was amazing with so many delicious choices. The homemade cakes, especially those made by Keila, were absolutely delicious. The kitchen staff, especially Valdecir who decorated the food, were always polite and welcoming. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Despite some noise from the floor above, we had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Located in a central area, this hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the breakfast spread is varied with delicious cakes and friendly kitchen staff. the modern hotel has well-installed facilities, making for a comfortable stay.
There are some noise disruptions, as guests on higher floors can be heard from lower floors.

Our romantic escape was fantastic! the breakfast was to die for, with an impressive spread and delicious cakes. the kitchen staff, particularly Valdecir, were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was just perfect for what we needed, with everything we could ever want nearby.
The noise from the floors above us woke us up too early, which was not ideal. I was not impressed when the hotel suggested that I should cancel my reservation and book directly with them for the same price, just to avoid parking fees.
